VCJ are looking for a reliable jewellery outworker who has a good eye for design and attention to detail to help with the production of new collections. The jewellery is made from anodised aluminium and duties include cutting, filing, polishing and forming bangles, earrings, pendants, rings, hair slides etc to a high standard. Please visit the website to see the kinds of pieces that require making www.verycolourfuljewellery.com The painted aluminium sheets are posted out with instructions of what’s needed for making up, eg bangles, earrings etc. Payment is £2 per piece, except earrings which are £2.50 per pair. (I can make approximately 6+ bangles in an hour, earrings take a bit longer hence the increased rate.) Please note, this is not a full-time position and the amount of work can go up and down throughout the year. It would be ideal for someone who wants some extra work that can fit around their everyday life. Applicants need to be UK based but precise location is not important as work can be sent by post.
